An abbreviated version of our 101 Series. This workshop is designed for riders who are just beginning their journey and are looking for a break down of the most fundamentals of a ride. It will start with proper bike set up, go over form in and out of the saddle, how to use resistance to get stronger, using your core to turn the bike, and a few foundational choreographed movements.
