The RINSE 101 - 4 Week Series is a great place to build a solid foundation and give you a smart, sustainable start to becoming a better rider and/or achieve a fitness goal.
RINSE 101 - 4 Week Series is designed to break down form, help you find the beat and perfect your technique. We will be spreading out the information throughout the 4 weeks so you can really master each and every movement. We want every rider, new and existing, to feel confident and comfortable on the bike. What better way to break it all down than with RINSE 101 - 4 Week Series!
Here is what each week will look like:
Week 1 - Riding to the beat, proper form (in and out of the saddle), turns, crunches
Week 2 - Lifts, Jumps, Pulses
Week 3 - Shakes, hovers, Push ups
Week 4 - Taps, Boxes, Isolations
Cost is $60 for all 4 sessions.
